Customer service is almost non-existent
Uber is great as long as you never have any problems with wait times or drivers. The company is playing both sides by trying to appeal to sides who have adverse interests. Drivers want higher pay but riders want to pay less. Drivers complain about not being able to use an old car but riders want to be picked up in a nice vehicle. Uber has expanded across the country but they dont want to invest in a customer service support system that promptly addresses concerns. Thats not how you do business. Thats how you lose business to competitors.
