GPS is horrible.

The GPS the app and drivers use is horrible. They are constantly going to the wrong location--next door, the back of the house, etc. very frustrating.

I was double charged for a cancelled ride, after 13 days they still keep trying to characterize it as an authorized hold. Total scam.
