Rigid inflexible app and company
I am a user based in Southeast Asia. First, i find the app to be very user-unfriendly. When I add a promotional code into the payment mode, there is no option to select, deselect, or delete the code from the trip Im taking. One would expect the app to allow the rider the flexibility of applying the desired promotional code rather than being forced to. Second, when I write in to customer help-desk, the staff gave stock responses and failed to address my needs. I do not feel appreciated as a customer. I would not recommend taking Uber to anyone.
