Scamming users - Riderpass
Several times this week, I had to document via VIDEO my request for an UberPOOL using my riderpass. Each time, the confirmation screen would show my upfront price, and then the price I end up getting charged is 2-3 times the amount. And then I have to go back and forth with customer service who dare tell me that its because I "changed my location mid ride". First of all, I did not, and thats not even possible with POOL. Second- I now take videos and screenshots for every ride I take so this company cant further scam me.
