Unprofessional. Go to Lyft!
A driver who was originally 3 minutes away never picked me up. I ended up waiting 14 minutes till I noticed he was going the opposite direction with no intention of picking me up. I then contacted him 3 times. He forward my calls to voicemail! Then, ending up making me late and I was left with no ride but had to pay the $5 cancellation fee. What else could I do. So I contacted Uber to let them be aware of the situation, but said they will not reimburse me. I guess all they care about is your money and not experience. Go to Lyft instead!
