No longer qualifies for my business

Uber was once useful and ethical, now no longer so.

I had major issues with my driver locating me while traveling today , and got charged 5 euro twice in a row for a car ride that I never even started. My driver did not locate me both times, and I was charged for the mishap. This is extremely disappointing and inconvenient, highlighting a major issue with this service. Not only that, but their location services ask to know where you are located for more time than they need to just provide a ride.

I will no longer consider using uber for any kind of transport. Another Customer lost
