Charged 5$ for driver error

I was charged a 5$ cancellation charge because my driver screwed up the UBERpool order and picked me up before he picked up his first rider. I got into the car the moment he arrived, he did not have to wait more then 2 minutes. He then canceled my trip and I was told that I couldnt get my cancellation fee back because the app said he waited more than 2 minutes. Moreover, the AWFUL support system has still not done anything about this.

Terrible app. Terrible service. Terrible company.
