Poor navigation

Every time I get picked up from my home the navigation brings the driver to a different address down the street from my location. Also, whenever Im picked up/dropped off at my work it doesnt take the driver directly to the address, just says (drop off on the left) despite the fact that there isnt an entrance. The poor navigation causes extra charges onto my card as well as frustration for me and the driver. Please work on the apps navigation and if youre gonna use my location at least make it accurate. Thanks.
