It would be convenient if there App worked properly.

I had an incident today, were I had initially and intended to only request for an Uber Pool. I even got the price quote for 4.64 for my trip, its not like I havent been using this App. So I knew what was going on. Just to find out after all, that I was charged for 8.75 which was for an Uber X. I had written a complain just for their keyboard warriors to tell me that I requested for an Uber X (which I didnt).
