Meh

App is okay. Can be buggy at times. Ive had drivers tell me that the app told them to go to areas where I wasnt, etc.

Im especially disappointed with Ubers customer service. A driver accidentally picked up the wrong rider and gave me a low rating as a result. I contacted Uber to get the erroneous rating removed and they said "there is nothing we can do." Didnt even seem like they cared or made an effort.
