Ride Passes? Can you say bait and switch?

The last two months my friends get access to Ride Passes. Somehow, I cant even though Im right across the table as they are signing up!
Maybe because I complained about it and they didnt? Maybe because I used it more three months ago?
The app has a button "notify me" but it doesnt. Im always kind and respectful and yet my rating keeps getting lower. The drivers get feedback but customers dont? Uber must mean "get screwed"
