Worst customer service EVER
My payment source was compromised. Despite 2 backup sources, I could not get a ride when I needed it. Despite trying to adjust the payment default for 20 minutes. So I used the app help system to try and resolve the issue. Over 3 hours later, I get an email asking for a screenshot of the problem. I didnt take one and expressed I didnt want to ask for a ride at this time. I get another email telling how to take a screenshot on iPhone or Android.
Really? How incredibly insulting. Again, I express concern about being charged a cancellation fee of the payment issue has been revolved. Crickets. So I request an uber pool, and the request goes forward. So I immediately cancel. $2 charge. I request a refund. Denied. I canceled a trip request.
Im so beyond annoyed. I feel like Im in an email conversation with a bot which can interpret only know keywords.
This whole thing is ridiculous. Why have multiple payment sources of they agree not vetted and available. Why not respond with "yes, weve fixed your issue" instead of a form response on how to take a screenshot.
Bottom line, DONT USE THIS SERVICE - YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NO RECOURSE IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH THEIR CHARGES!
