Options?

Uber use to be able to set a location for pick-up instead of your current location. Now you cant even change it, which makes it really inconvenient to request rides.

Every time there is a driver that I dont want, it continuously keep on matching me with that person, then it ends up charging me a fee because I cant waive it.

Uber is getting worse, and I feel like its making a lot of people feel uncomfortable.
