Utterly dis/nonfunctional app

Tremendously buggy. My account was disabled (without even a warning email), so I go to the support page, as directed, and they cannot find my account. So I go to open a new one with a different email, but they recognize my phone. I try to send a reset password to my original email, it comes, and I reset it, but it still wont recognize me.
I downloaded Lyft and had a ride in 4 minutes.
