app cant update credit card info.

First I entered a credit card which was declined by the app. then I entered another one and it was accepted!? after 4 successful rides the app changed the payment to the credit card which was declined in the beginning!!!! when I tried to solve the issue by editing the payment , the app kept giving me " sorry!! something went wrong, unknown error occurred, please try again later"
I contacted the help center they kept giving the same instructions over and over and nothing worked!!!!! app still declining my credit cards ! the strange thing is when I called my bank to see if my credit card have any problem, they said that Uber is sending zero value transactions!!!?
sadly, I am not using Uber anymore....to much complications for an easy problem.
