Poor customer service
Recent customer service experiences left much to be desired. I had an old phone number on my account. Rather than allow me to update it online I have to contact customer service to do so. Turnaround time is several hours. Driver is unable to locate me at the hospital and cancels.
I believe the status quo when you breed a culture of sexism and your companys reputation is reflective of this - is to improve the customer experience. Unfortunately uber seems determined to buck the trend here. There is too much competition in the industry (i.e. Lyft) not to vote with my wallet.
