Reliable rides

Uber is reliable and getting better.

I depend on Uber to get around in the city most days. People hate on Uber now because its the most popular ride sharing company, but we have to remember what the world was like before Uber. Our cities do not have sophisticated enough transportation infrastructure to support population growth - unreliable bus routes, crowded BART trains, etc. And the yellow taxi industry was terrible. The taxi industry was terrible to taxi drivers and terrible for customers. It was not even something I ever considered because it was so expensive.

I think Uber is making positively impacting our cities and how people get around. Because I can depend on Uber to get around affordable, I dont need to own a car. Thats a plus for me and the environment.

Competitor apps have really long ETAs and are not as reliable, so I just use Uber.
