Cant use it now

So after using this for 5 weeks it wants to verification of credit card via photo. Too bad it never takes the pick and Im still at work with no way home. I mess with it. Re install. This makes me so mad. I used it this morning now cuz the app doesnt work Ive screwed.
Fix this. Its been weeks. It will go on for a hour then it will just let it happen. Today nothing will work. Still cant get it to take a pic of the same card that been used for months.
