Uber takes ppls money - Scam/Fraud

Uber can be cheap but it Also comes with a lot of issues. They will tell you your travel fee is one thing but charge you another. If they Ever make a mistake they will NEVER give you your money back they will issue you a poor Uber credit towards your next ride (Imagine if you didnt want to use their service anymore) you would have to use the service to get your money. Also the driver can basically blame you for anything. I got charged an extra $20 cleaning fee. I Never made a mess in the persons car. The driver just wanted to make more money. I tried to fight it but Uber doesnt have a phone number just a automatic answering system. So no matter what you say or how many times you say it they will send you the same message back. "I know this is frustrating bla bla bla" Uber is such a Scam/Fraud . Theyve taken so much money from me outside of my rides its ridiculous. I hope Someone investigates them !!!
