One reason I started using Uber because of the "no tipping". Since that was built into the rate, and now we have to tip, why havent you reduced your rates to reflect the change? Oh, thats right, your a shady company that has no respect for your employees or customers.
Id rather walk than give you another dime. The only reason I keep the app around is to continue with the 1 star ratings.
