Ive been warning everyone

Of all of the ride-sharing/cab apps out there on the market, Uber is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Not because there is anything wrong with the app, but because time and time again the company made it clear that they dont care about their customers at all. They have no integrity, no ethics, and no morals.

Ive had countless awful experiences with their drivers, and for the sake of community I usually write in feedback, to no avail. As far as Uber is concerned, refunding you $10 or less dollars is more important than the principle that their customers be treated with courtesy and respect by drivers and their "help" center alike. Ive never encountered such rude, disrespectful, and dismissive "support" in my life.

Ill never return to Uber, and Ive been telling literally everyone I know in the NYS court system, my college communities, and my friend groups to do the same. After sharing my accounts, the only people who havent deleted are those living in areas where Juno, Via, Gett, or Halo arent available yet.
