Bad bad Customer service.
For 24hrs I tried to get an issue resolved. The issue: failed payment on my daughters account. Shes my family member and doesnt have a credit card. So I did everything by the book. Sent her an invite; she accepted. She used the correct profile and then was stranded at school because of some issue with payment. Then spent the next 24hrs trying to get someone at Customer Service (yeah right) to fix the issue. They simply stopped answering. Way to go. So much for customer Service. The least they could do was get a supervisor with knowledge on how to solve the problem. Now going to Lyft.
