Customer service is awful

This is really getting out of hand. Ever since I got my uber account hacked and you guys said you fixed, Ive been having problems not stop. Every time I reach out to customer service, the send a quick replying telling me everything is fine and theres no problem. I am am DONE with uber. Hopefully Lyft is better.
