They found out how to be worse than taxis

Have used app for year plus. Im deleting it. Tired of app telling ride will be there in 4 minutes...15 minutes later Im still waiting. Have had smoky dirty cars, drivers not knowing where they are going, etc. Have had drivers try to take me to air cargo in Miami. I entered the airport, my app showed passenger drop off, drivers phone showed air cargo. It took 15-20 minutes to navigate around to the other side all the while his app is telling him to make uturns while my app showed the correct directions. I contacted customer service, they did not even attempt to address. This happened twice. Guess Ill give lyft a try.
