Double the normal fare and more

I like the app but I hate how some times you multiply the fare by up to 4.0 isnt Uber al about being economical and pay the lest between all the other Taxis.!

And why is the app so complex, it should be much simpler than that

I would rate a 5 star if it wasnt of the multiple times where my fare was doubled and tripled and even more so Please try to fix that problem or you will lose allot of customers.
