Should add an section that has every driver that is willing to drive from San Francisco to oakland and vice versa because people start the trip then cancel and takes money from you and as a customer i dont its fair to have to report that everytime that happens so please add that feature where it connects you with all drivers wanting to go to oakland coming from San Francisco

Uber will charge you a cancellation fee if the driver cancels on YOU. This is not the first time it happened. I can tell this incompetent driver was lost. He was only 4 minutes away from my location and kept circling around like a lunatic, then finally canceled on me when he couldnt figure out how to get out of the loop. I refuse to pay for a drivers incompetence. I dont care if its only $5.00. I will keep complaining until I get my money back.

This company does not know anything about taking care of its customers, especially loyal customers that have been using Uber for over a year! They are a horrible, money stealing corporation! Better luck using Lyft. The only thing Uber has is okay drivers if you get lucky!

Yesterday I was charged a cancelation fee for a ride I never requested. There needs to be an easier method of contacting Uber concerning disputed charges.

Uber has to be the worst thing in existence right now. My car was attacked by another driver while I WAS IN THE CAR and not only did they charge me for the ride (even though the ride wasnt completed as I was MILES away from my destination when it happened and the driver asked me to get out), they had no concern for my physical safety. I kept thinking what if this was my mother or girlfriend in this situation? There was no phone number to call and the "email support" is a joke

UBER IS A SCAM. ONE BIG SCAM. THEY TELL YOU TO PURCHASE FLAT FARES SO YOULL ALWAYS HAVE A FIXED PRICE HOWEVER ONE YOU CHOOSE YOUR RIDE THEY CHARGE YOU A DIFFERENT PLACE AFTER DISPLAYING THE FLAT FARE RATE. THEY MONEY STEALERS AND ITS UNFAIR. IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH LYFT. UBER CONTINUES TO BE A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Uber stopped working for me and support wasnt much help. I had 5 stars with 27 rides - way to go uber.

Due to high prices on peak hours which is beyond reason I switched back to the traditional way.. cabs!!!!

The app is good but drivers never pick me up from my location and when I try to contact them they never answer I always get charged a cancellation fee even when I dont cancel the trip might use lyft from now on

an update of an app that crashes repeatedly, written by the employees of a morally bankrupt company who have no regard for rights of the very human beings from who they are trying to extricate an obscene amount of money for a service of dubious quality provided by unsafe, inexperienced, and inconsiderate drivers. uber has no regard for your privacy (location tracking is on ALL the time), they show you ads in the app (theyre not making enough money?), and the list goes on and on and on.

Need to add a tip section so we can tip our driver if we what too most of the the time I dont care to carry cash
