Used it everyday had a problem with a driver they double charged me they dont have a nunber or a email Im not wasting my time anymore I just lost 10$ for nothing and the time!! To wait for another LYFT driver TERRIBLE unreliable to get a hold of customer service! Hate them lost my business forever! Waiting and wasiting my life typing this but thats how I feel and everyone should do LYFT.

Uber isnt a reliable app overall, but I will never wish to bash it. Its just simply overly open to hire anyone. I had bad experiences in this first year of using Uber, and the rides have a very broad range of quality. Which isnt a bad thing, but the quality of the people arent so good. Just being totally honest. Ive experienced sweet and loving drivers to extremely prejudiced racist drivers. But, I guess thats part of the trip, right? Some drivers arent willing to even wait for the passenger to order food. Overall, I would like the standard of the drivers to be increased tremendously, and also-- a driver somehow hacked into my account and got $500+ and spent it in NEW YORK!! Unbelievable, if you dont expect me to get a refund your ridiculous.

There is no reason for you to have access to your users location all the time! Big privacy issue.

I keep downloading and deleting this app because I struggle with supporting a corporation that has such terrible ethics and sexism. Even though getting rides is a very real need for me I can no longer justify using this app. I wish their was another ride sharing organization that actually has solid and respectable ethics.

Good business idea but bad company led by a jerk. Stop using Uber and move to Lyft.

They always make problems and charge you extra.

Youd get more business travelers if you allowed tipping within the app. Until then, Ill continue to make LYFT my first choice.

Uber has no customer support by phone and they have virtually no customer support online or otherwise. I needed an Uber at the Orlando Int Airport this week and Uber App kept forcing me to set the pick up location in an area that the drivers could not access. When I tried to reach out to Uber online I got only standard responses. It was obvious that they didnt even read my issue and there was no resolution. This should be criminal!

In India, in a well served area (Bangalore) zero cars are available. Have to wait nearly an hour for someone to accept a ride. Even worse, customer support. They give utter bulls*%t auto-reply troubleshooting that has nothing to do with the problem

The new version requires access to your location even when you are not using the app/the app is not running. That wastes battery and violates your privacy. There is no longer an option to have Uber use your location only when you are using the app - you are either forced to let them track you all the time, or to disable it from using your location entirely and enter all addresses by hand (which is a pain because you get a lot of wrong autocompletes that arent even in the same state)

Tired of driving around in circles -when Im two seconds away from my destination we go pick up someone else.

I hate this app, and their concern for customers is a joke. Go Lyft!!
