Why cant we have an option to tip a driver other than carrying cash on us ? Having an option in app to tip the driver, maybe even after the ride has completed would awesome!

How do I give this LESS THAN 1 star? I verified the address of the place where I was (because I wasnt at home), typed it into the app, saw the little car moving; however the driver didnt come to the right place. Now I am wondering why I ordered Uber in the first place. What a waste of time and energy!

Totally unnecessary and very creepy to _always_ track our location. They took away the option to use it while the app is running only. Turned that off. This pushed me to try Lyft, which is now my first choice. No different from Uber, except they somehow dont need to always track me. Ubers privacy policy basically states that they can use the data that they collect however they want and sell it to whomever they want. Buyer beware. Update: havent used or opened the app since this update. Just got an email saying that I have it turned off and please turn it on. That is creepy as hell. I trust them 0% to know how to use private data.

I requested an Uber , the driver never picked me up and I was charged $10.90 for I ride I didnt take. Uber refused to give me a refund!

I downloaded this app think a company like Uber would bring a good idea to the table. I was very wrong. After downloading it I tried to learn how it works so I could use it. In the course of trying it, it did schedule a pickup for me even though I didnt confirm anything? I was just trying to know how much would it cost for a particular ride but it, instead, made me pay the penalty coz I didnt show up, of course. I paid their $10 USD penalty for trying to learn it! Thats how they make their monies. By stealing it! I removed the app and no more Uber.p Update ... I am in Malaysia now. Uber has penalized me TWICE because two of its drivers decided not to come (after accepting)? I gave their image too to prove it.

I get where I need to go for not too much. I love it when I need it.

Forces you to give it access to your location at all times. No option to only allow when app in use

New update, but same shady business practices. They always want access to your location. Stop using Uber and use Lyft instead!

Uber charges you $5 after waiting 5 minutes to cancel a trip. Fair enough. I cancel a trip when an Uber driver doesnt show up after waiting for them for 10+ minutes. Was charged $5 even though driver didnt show up. Tried to get compensated by contacting customer service but they claim that charge was appropriate. Uber, you need to waive fees for riders who are WAITING for MISSING drivers.

I love the freedom of travel when I fly into a different city, usually get a car on 5-8 minutes.

The app kept changing the location and at the end I had to use other service

App repeatedly fails and the customer service when trying to correct the issue was absolutely horrendous. I would just use lyft.

Get your moneys worth at LYFT guys. UBER is disorganized, a waste of time, and a pain in your pockets. APP IS NOT efficient. Speaking through horrible experiences. (Not the drivers fault). Matches me with new drivers at the last minute, causing me to be late after already waited the Estimated Time. Waste of money because of the high cancellation rates. GPS is horrible causing the drivers never to reach the destination. I only try UBER again because their cheaper BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT. LYFT has a higher price for their efficiency, great service and organization. Sorry UBz.

App is okay but often drivers get lost or take wrong routes. Also make it easier to rate drivers from the past trip menu.

I strongly suggest that the Uber App provides a feature where both the passenger and the driver can be aware of the status of traffic within their area. The more information that is provided for both the driver and passenger, the better the experience. Come on Uber, do not slack!
