Please stop with this nonsense. Tracking my location even when Im not using the app like really? This is an invasion of privacy! This should be banned from the App Store.

I guess its a new trend to release constant and useless updates.

I cant even sign up for Uber. Their text authentication during sign up is not working. I had a friend try it on his phone and it didnt work for him either.

First, the rate was x2.5 the regular rate, because it was a busy night. I bet they dont advertise that too strongly. Second, it kept asking for the Zip Code for my credit card - but Im Canadian. 00000 does not work, as it does with T-Mobile and others. No email address for customer service. Very disappointing experience, as I downloaded the app, shot the card and signed up while waiting for other cabs to appear! Thank you regular taxi company!

Uber needs to work on pin pointing where the customer is and work on the GPS. Other than that very dependable.

If you need a ride Uber is ok. But they track your location everywhere and their record with women is suspect. Id recommend Lyft instead.

This app is getting worse, just like uber in general. I dont want to enter the destination before I order a car. I dont want uber spying on me. Uber: your service is terrible, your ethics are far worse than terrible.

Location services option needs to go back to switch on only when using app. Theres no reason to "Always" require sharing my location. Lyft doesnt have this problem. Keep updating to clear the bad reviews out everyones just going to keep reposting them. Not sure why apple even allows this.. without actual and proper updates reviews shouldnt be cleared.

I find Ubers business practices to be sneaky and despicable. Im not going to recommend this app from Uber. The Uber app pulls the resale value out of your car to Pay YOU. Uber needs to compensate and pay the drives real money, so they can fix and maintain there cars. Uber doesnt pay much to the drivers at all (Uber keeps about 60% of what the rider pay UBER). Once you consider your fuel cost, extremely high cost of ride-share car insurance, car maintenance and the terrible wear and tear on the car itself plus significant lose of value of your car at resale, especially because of the super high miles on your vehicle. The Uber app is a very bad deal for the drive. However the riders are getting a great deal on your dime and time. Sorry for the bad new.

I havent had any issue with the drivers except on one occasion and this was handled promptly. I do have some comments on difficulties I have faced on my recent trips to Singapore. I noticed the drivers use google maps which unfortunately is not as efficient as Waze, whilst in other countries Uber uses Waze. I had delayed pickups on most trips. Google maps does not act on the from address but on a perceived pin location. Please look into it and act on the drivers feedback.

It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Uber recently fired 20 employees for sexual harassment. The CEO has been caught on video going off on drunken tirades verbally abusing his own employees. Hes admitted publicly he only started the company so he could travel around SF like a "baller". The company is also getting sued for deliberately stealing googles intellectual property for self driving cars. Uber is a joke. Dont waste any more of your money on this company.

If you thought Google is evil, Uber is worst. They should be ashamed of themselves with the way they operate.
