First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon “arezooa" to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Nothing is easy or intuitive to figure out in this app. Heres an example: wanted to add a new credit card to replace old expired credit card. Added the new one but couldnt figure out how to delete the old one. It kept defaulting to old one when I tried to set up a ride. Couldnt get it to access new one. Got frustrated and just switched to Lyft.

The app is great, they could use some improvements such as being able to add prepaid cards as well as some other things. However, overall its a great app with VERY low prices.

Not a single complaint so far, the app is incredibly easy to use, and incredibly easy to make money.

I took uber once before to get home from school, and I had such a great service. Someone was able to get me right away and was very professional, and then recently I wanted to get to school since I didnt have a family ride, and from 12 to 3 I had everyone cancel on me (5 uber drivers) luckily one was nice enough to tell me he couldnt make it but the others refused to take me. Someone down the street couldnt even take me to my destination that is literally like 10 miles away. Im most likely never going to take uber again. Its so crappy

Uber drivers cant even pick up from my location

Consistently miss timed notifications. Current trip was "arriving" but the driver was .8 miles away and going the wrong direction. Not accurate.

Literally never write reviews, but uber has frustrated me so many times I had to. I used to use uber all the time when it first came out and it was great. Somewhere down the line something happened and their product started lacking so I switched to lyft. Recently I got an email offering a significant discount off my next ten rides. It didnt take long until I remembered the reason I stopped using them... all the cancellations. Id say about 60% of the time I get a cancellation and the driver will take off. Weird how I never get it with their competition. Just use lyft!

No where on the app or website is there an ability to contact Uber. None!! What are they afraid of? Their help doesnt work.

This app keep canceling my ride and I have to pay $5. This not the first time. It keep Glitching, can someone fix this and give me back my money.

Started as a great service. Because of everything we have learned in the news recently, I refuse to give them my business.

Awful. Use lyft instead. Charged my card for rides I never even took. Total scam!

The app worked perfectly before with "when using the app only" location setting, removing that option is user hostile and actively makes the app worse since "never" is an inferior experience that makes Uber hard to use. Oh well, thats just more money for Lyft I guess.

Uber has to be by far he best cab service ever, getting you from point A to Point B without having a problem

There does not seem to be a way to go back and review drivers. Very frustrating

took half an hour to download the app ... then couldnt even register because it was not able to send a code to my phone voicemail... i tried three times .. still no voicemail yet! silly.

Twice now I have scheduled a car to pick me up hours in advance, and they have cancelled last minute. I think il be using taxis from now on.

Great so far. Always fast and the drivers have all been very friendly thus far.
