If could give zero star I would. I use uber every single day (twice) cuz I dont have a car. A few days ago got an email with a promotion for $10 you get unlimited rides for $3.99 (Uber pool) $5.99 (regular) I purchased the pass ($10), UBER charged my card twice, since there is no too many options on the app to inquire and complain or any phone number; I canceled the pass and at the same time I specify I dont want to cancel the pass, I NEED IT, all I want to know is why I got charged twice? As a result, they cancelled my ride pass, Im not able to purchase a new one "because he system doesnt allow it" and "there is nothing they can do about it" , Ive explained this several times, I need my pass back. Customer service just seem they dont care. Is frustrating for me how horrible is UBER customer service, the fact you are chatting with someone and you are not just able to talk to a manager. Unfortunately, I have to keep using Uber and give my money to the worse company because I dont have a car.
The update doesnt have the ability to schedule a ride in advance. The little clock next to "where to" isnt there. I already deleted and reinstalled app and still not there.

Awful app. Terrible security. Impossible to contact customer service. Trap in endless loop of useless suggestions and sales pitches.
I find it in bad business that a driver can get all to my pick up location and cancel and there be no penalty on their part but if I realize I dont need the ride anymore I am still charged for it. This service has a lot of problems and thats something that needs to be addressed asap. Its just not fair to me being the customer.
wont let me rate driver. this has happed 3 times now. I switched to Uber after a driver of lift tryed to take me to his house.
Switched to Lyft. Uber uses your location always (lyft: only when using). Uber is the company busted for fingerprinting phones, blogging about hook up trips and geofencing to target individuals.
Really Uber????? You NEED to know my location at all times???? WHY?????? This is the craziest thing!!!! HOW ABOUT NO!!!! No!!!! No!!!!! No!!!!
And will save you lots of money and more in the future!!

Do not get involved with this company. Check your review in about a week, only you will be able to see your review no one else. I find Ubers business practices to be sneaky and despicable. Im not going to recommend this app from Uber. The Uber app pulls the resale value out of your car to Pay YOU. Uber needs to compensate and pay the drives real money, so they can fix and maintain there cars. Uber doesnt pay much to the drivers at all (Uber keeps about 60% of what the rider pay UBER). Once you consider your fuel cost, extremely high cost of ride-share car insurance, car maintenance and the terrible wear and tear on the car itself plus significant lose of value of your car at resale, especially because of the super high miles on your vehicle. The Uber app is a very bad deal for the drive. However the riders are getting a great deal on your dime and time. Sorry for the bad new.
Uber is ridiculous! I ordered for a Uber and when I got in the guy had a attitude and was using inappropriate language and being offensive so I had to get out the car and told him to cancel the ride . And they still took money out my account ? then I still had to pay for another Uber and be late for work. never using again n Ill be recommending the same to my friends and family as well

No release notes = 1-star review. If youre just including bug fixes try: "bug fixes". Also, you could just release less frequently if you dont have anything worth releasing, you know, to not waste your users bandwidth and the App Store reviewers time. I keep this app on my phone because the service is great, and I use it when traveling. Next time there are release notes Ill bump the rating to 5 stars.
