Come on people this is pretty simple. I prefer to take UBER but completing my expense reports is a pain because we still use hard copy receipts. These darned things print out on an minimum on three sheets of paper and some on four sheets. Seriously? How hard is it to provide a one-page concise receipt????

Last night I booked a uber for 2 person from S Fair Oaks , I got a driver and waiting time was 7 minutes. I was with my wife and I waited for the car to arrive . When the cab was very near to me I called the drive cause I could see the car. I called 2-3 times, the driver didnt picked it up. And went ahead from my location and cancelled the request. Booked a cab at 11 PM with a lady because I had trust with Uber. I then booked lyft and went home. I hope I was able to make you understand what I felt.

App wont let me add a credit card and when I emailed the support team about the issue, I got no response. That was two weeks ago..

My driver insulted me over the phone after I ended my trip because he couldnt reach me on time nor understand my guiding methods to reach .. i sent an email and a description over a review about what happened from 4 days ago and had no reply from anyone in Uber so ever .. the worst service and fares and drivers you can ever find anywhere!!!

Uber steals money from its drivers and customers

Easy to use, safe, very handy. Ive never felt overly uncomfortable (more than you would in a strangers car) or threatened in any way. Most drivers have been quite helpful and friendly, in fact. I do wish there was a way to communicate with the driver via message or call beforehand to let them know of any special situations or if they are for example, comfortable transporting shopping bags. Also, I use an iPod to call a car so I dont see an issue with location services being on. As for company ethics, I dont care honestly. Uber provides a great service at an amazing price and I would recommend this to anyone.

I received an 68 euro charge out of nothing which blocked my credit card. After accessing help (through app, long delay) Uber decided to cancel my account! At best, Uber is having financial issues and is charging people at random to meet market expectations. Worst scenario is they were hacked and are trying to hide it from the public.

Above problem plus while sharing ride it takes for ever to search contact or enter new number.

They scam you. They charge you more than they claim to do. Use Lyft. UBER IS BAD

This app is not trustworthy, it constantly matches me up with drivers thats either 20 mins away or someone that refuse to pick me up. Lyft is way more reliable.

App freezes after I enter my phone number or trying to log in with my Facebook account

I have been riding with Uber for almost 5 years and while I loved the app when it first launched, it has devolved into a chore at best and a complete nightmare at worst. I have deleted the app and will now exclusively use other services such as Via and Lyft. My driver drove away without me being in the car last night. I attempted to contact the driver to no avail. The customer service response was canned and not helpful whatsoever. Clearly, rider loyalty and frequency has no bearing on Ubers policies and that shows an egregious disregard for rider well-being in general. This incident coupled with routinely gouged prices, technical problems (app shutting down unexpectedly etc), and poor drivers (from the suburbs who dont know city streets or how to drive in the city) make Uber more trouble than it is worth. Dont give your money to this company, I know I no longer will be.

After rise up the price and a few short ride. Im thinking about to delete the apps. For those who like to take a short ride around their place $10 for x is so expansive.
