They like to use the word "Reliable" but its anything but that. Drivers scamming customers, getting lost, taking the long way. Up front you need to add at least 20 minutes to the "trip time" they quote you at.

Uninstalled due to the requirement to always allow access to location services, even when the app is not running. Given the companys history Im not comfortable with giving them unrestricted access to my information.

So easy to add them both, please do so

First I entered a credit card which was declined by the app. then I entered another one and it was accepted!? after 4 successful rides the app changed the payment to the credit card which was declined in the beginning!!!! when I tried to solve the issue by editing the payment , the app kept giving me " sorry!! something went wrong, unknown error occurred, please try again later" I contacted the help center they kept giving the same instructions over and over and nothing worked!!!!! app still declining my credit cards ! the strange thing is when I called my bank to see if my credit card have any problem, they said that Uber is sending zero value transactions!!!? sadly, I am not using Uber anymore....to much complications for an easy problem.

Ubers pricing policy is opaque and uncustomer friendly. Their app is also buggy and often requires me to force-close and reopen the app to get it to work

First of all I will never use this app again in life nor will I ever recommend it. In the short time Ive been at Uber customer Ive had nothing but negative experiences. One driver NEVER picked me up but Uber charge me $2 after I eventually canceled the ride that never showed up. When I complained they gave me a $2 credit, not refund. The next day I tried to use them again so I can use my $2 credit, however while waiting for my ride, out of nowhere the driver canceled on me yet Uber charged me $5 dollars for HIS cancellation! When I complained through the app they turned the charge into another credit! They will screw you out of rides and then make you pay for it anyways but will never refunding your money. I use LYFT now and see a definite upgrade in service!

Localization works poorly. Traffic prediction works poorly as well.

Uber continues its downward spiral and has lost my trust (and that of countless users). The perpetual location tracking in the recent versions is totally unacceptable. They have *removed* the option to use iOSs native privacy controls to allow location tracking only while using the app. Lyft respects users privacy, unlike Uber. Also, Im no longer able to rate drivers, since after turning off location tracking theres a nag screen every time one opens or returns to the app, and that nag screen blocks the page where typically one would rate the driver right after a trip (dismissing the nag screen also dismissed the rating screen, which is a major design flaw). Uber has officially sunk from good to bad to terrible. Pass.

I used to use uber when tips were not requested. Now it just hikes up the price!

Theres been times where the driver would wait 20 seconds for me and then leave without me in the car. Unacceptable.

Ive been trying to report an issue that I had with a ride for over a month now. It would take me days for someone to start a chat message with me, and once I addressed my issue, I would never hear back from them. This has happened 3x now. Its not even about the money anymore. Its about customer service, which Uber lacks 100%. Zero stars if I could for the zero customer service that Uber has.

I have gone through the instructions a bunch of times and I do not see the button to schedule rides. Also, I didnt realize the Uber tracked my every move outside using the app, THATS CREEPY AS HELL.

Add a "Send a Note to Driver" feature and itll make a huge difference. We could then say "at Hotel Lobby Drop off" etc in case the GPS or mapping system isnt quite cutting it.

Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Youve got to be retarded to have a problem with this app. When you disable location services, you input an address and it works fine. And then if you enable them and quit wearing a tin foil hat like uber actually cares where you go (Youre not that important, they dont care about you. They want your money.) then it just makes it easier. I didnt think it was possible to catch autism that bad.

Please update CENU map streets and stop to send drivers to Marginal Pinheiros, if they are near Arizona street!!! Do not force drivers to take a new ride if he/she did not finish the previous one. Finally, provide accurate Expected Time to Arrival!!!! I eould like to know if the ETA is 40 minutes instead 8/9 reported in uber app and decide to use a town cab or cabify!!!

Used it twice while traveling in the USA. Incredibly easy and convenient. Price was exactly as quoted, drivers were fast and polite, payment with Apple Pay was a breeze. Its how taxis should have been run for years!

Love this app. Makes it so easy getting around, and its nice to be able to see when your driver is arriving. Always had pleasant drivers and good experience.
