Evil company and a horrible app.

Bad app declining service in cities

Lately every time I try to use the app, I open the app and just get a blank white screen. No matter how long I leave the app open or refresh, even restarting my phone, this stills happens. Useless.

I think they should do add a feature where you can leave a tip through the app

The GPS tracking is always on, not just you are using the app. I downloaded the other L companys app and deleted the Uber app. Beware!

Awful company, awful service, awful culture. Its amazing how much better Lyft is. I wouldnt use Uber if it was the end of the world.

Affordable compared to other services but Im not a fan of the spike hikes. It is just an excuse to make up for the affordability they provide customers.

The last update has a problem with GPS identification. The app identifies my location constantly wrong.

The arrival time is no longer updating in real time; it just keeps saying what the current time is. Please fix.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Every time I need to use uber it says cannot connect to servers. This is a pain.

missing ability to function with reasonable permission setting: Location while using the App. it requires access to your location Always.

I like the controls on the new version of the app and the ability many cars have to select a color for the windshield emblem makes it much easier to find your Uber. Works very well

Every Uber driver hates their job. Uber doesnt care about them.

Bad choice to force tracking to be always on. Fix it.

The fact that they still require you to always have location services on is beyond me. Beyond that, the way theyve treated the people they work with is unacceptable. This is not how a service business should operate. Goodbye Uber.
