I am very pleased with every driver I had. Uber app should add some options like 2nd stop and tip!!!

Why would you say check back next week for updates? Just say what you updated stupid.

There is still no way to only enable location sharing only when using the app. Having location sharing on all the time is a deal breaker for me. Uber: Re enable the option to only share when using the app.

The support team never answers you when you have a concern about something.

The times are constantly inaccurate. If the app says the wait for a driver is 5 minutes, and you set up your pick up, it tells you the real time to wait, which is always 15 minutes longer. This is beyond frustrating and inconvenient. If this doesnt get fixed soon, Im sticking with Lyft.

App never worked. Contacted support with no solution. Deleted app.

Uber app has constantly been overcharging me and stealing my money. The uber app says the fair was 50$ and the receipt was literally only 20$. It seems like an error in their part, but they should look into it asap and give me my money back! Lift app here I come w my every day trips.

They take very long and sometimes dont answer at all The app needs to be able to ADD STOPS otherwise you just have to keep changing destinations before you get to every stop very bad

This app demands to have your location *all the time*, even when not using the app. The service is convenient, but I do not trust these creepy guys to track and log my location at all times.

Requesting for location even when the app is not on is too invasive. I would like to see an option to only give my location when the app is being used. Will be switching to Lyft in the meantime.

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Uber was such a great experience and so much better than taxis. The only thing they have fallen behind on is adding the convenience of being able to tip inside the app. With uber if you want to tip you driver for good service you have to have cash with you defeating the entire easy experience. Id rate this a 5 star app if they ever get around to adding what should have been a basic feature on day one. Basically Im just using lyft now until uber gets around to adding this basic convenience to their app. Its just a hassle to have to remember to have cash. Still more useless features and no in app tipping!!!!!!!

No place to tip. Drivers not required to have taxi licensing. No background checks. Been finding elderly drivers taking up useful jobs younger people need. Had one shady driver demand cash tip. Unsafe to rely on.

As the title says. It is very hard to trust an app that constantly wants to know your location. They claim they only track for 5 minutes after the trip has ended, but even then, they dont give users the option. Its either location services are on (so you can use the app) or its off (and the app is useless). Please revert back to the original settings in which location services are "Only when the app is open"

The app is way too heavy ! Optimize your code and graphics please !
