I called a uber from the mall & it said she was on her way. But as she got closer she cancelled & they said they were taking money out my account. Why tho ? I didnt cancel. Plus they only reimbursed me in "uber credit" so its not even my money anymore. Terrible! You should refund if someone cancel not keep their money. Scammers!

Used Uber for the first time on our recent stay in Quebec. Loved it! The app is so easy to use, very intuitive and it was way convenient as a means of traveling around an unknown city not knowing French. Would recommend to anyone.
80% of the drivers are bad. If you complain to customer service sometimes you get a credit, still not worth the hassle. Someone needs to start another competitor aside from Lyft!!!!
Drivers arrive down the block rather than placed pin location. Severe problems. Be ready for frustration.

Very poor support. Communicating with support team from last three day they are simply giving xyz reason but not proving me any solution. At the end I have dont any option so I am deleting app ????
No customer service help. I mean NONE. I had three charges for $40 out of my personal bank account on two different dates for Uber on dates I had not requested uber. I contacted their "email customer service" THREE times with screen shots of the charges and a screen shot of my uber account (which they can see) which is the ONLY account my card is hooked to. Only to get no response but "refer to our help section of our app." No kidding? Thats how I sent the message in the first place. Bottom line, uber was stealing money from my account and giving me unauthorized charges. I am now money-less for 7 days while my bank sends in a fraud review. Thanks uber!! 0 stars.

If you get a driver that is not coming to you direction and cancel / ask again, it will send to you the same driver grrrr

Every time I try to pay it says that my card is invalid. Just used Lyft for the first time and my card went through right away. So annoying.
Why both drivers and customers can rate each other but not fairly. It seems that now days, drivers are expecting TIPS. Why is this? When theyre getting paid to drive us to our destination. If we didnt want to save money. Then wed catch a cab. Theres no reason for drivers to give us customers low ratings if we havent done anything wrong. I am a very considerate person, I greet the driver, depending on the vibe they give off. May spark a conversation or just be silent. I ask before rolling their window down if Im hot and look out at the scenery as we arrive to my Destination. I had 5 stars for the longest time. Until, recently a driver rated me low (I wish there was at least a comment section to prove that there was nothing inconsiderate that happened or at least he could comment on what I did wrong) now Im down to 4.4 stars.

Despite creating a way to change payment options, Apple Pay stays as the preferred method of payment. Drivers dont care about you when you need to leave in a hurry and wont cancel the ride. They took forever to reply back with an answer and I needed to leave in a hurry. I decided to use lyft instead and I was a happy customer. #deleteuber
