Bad customer policys.

Uber drivers will constantly charge erroneous cancelation fees even when you are where you are suppose to be. Uber as a company will REFUSE to refund you, the will only credit your account, and when you try to dispute it they say sorry were not changing our decision. Has happened to me several times. Oh, And you cant contact them by phone with any concerns, you can only talk by email/internet. They give you automated generic robot responses. Good bye uber. Lean how to solve issues the right way.

They couldnt find drivers to the location where I was at so they cancelled the trip and charged me full price they charged me 44 dollars so be careful with it use lyft instead I deleted this app and I will never use it again.

Drivers cancel a lot

This app is terrible. Drivers are always cancelling. I can understand if they cancel right away, but always after 5-10 minutes of driving towards you. Of course this happens when surge pricing is available so not only do you get charged extra, but you will also be late for work.

No longer reliable

Scheduled a 5:30 AM pickup for airport. Driver canceled three minutes before pickup. Next available driver at 6:15. In Cambridge, MA?? This is why taxi services can still compete

Rip off

We used uber to go to dinner and a concert, after dinner and the concert we again called on uber to give us a ride home. We paid 25.00 to get to the same location that we got picked up from, our return trip we got ripped off for 158.00!!! Will never use uber again!

Bad customer service

Über used to be my number one ride requesting app. In the last few months 3 incidences made me change my mind. And ultimately delete the app altogether. I requested a driver, and for some reason he was driving AWAY from me, I called him multiple times but the phone was off. Wasted 20 min. So I canceled and got charged a cancellation fee, although the problem was from their side. 2- The next time my driver took a bad route, and was rude: he did not follow the Google instructions or mine, as he is an "expert" and "I know these streets" and I spent my morning in long u-turns trying to get to work. 3-The final blow: I requested a ride for next morning, I saw the regular price and accepted, the next day AFTER I got in the car, I received a text informing me that surge pricing is in effect, and Ill be paying x3. Therefore I was forced either to end the ride or pay. I contacted customer service, and every time they explain what surge pricing is, and that I am the one who accepted it!!! How can I accept it if it was not shown to me? They use words like "transparent pricing", "dynamic pricing" and I all see is: your money is gone, deal with it! Thank you über, this is where we say goodbye.

Not happy!

Im really unhappy with their app service lately and the lack of respect for some of their drivers. The app NEEDS to be updated IMMEDIATELY it keeps crashing and malfunctioning.

Let your customers tip

Stopped using Uber for the simple fact they still have not added the option to tip the driver via the app. 100% Lyft customer until that changes.

Disappointed in company

Uber has been involved in one scandal after the other and have not made any changes this far. While I liked the direction of the company in terms of technology, if it comes at such high price for humans it is not worth it for me. Ill gladly come back as a customer when Uber makes changes

Lyft is taking over

Why do you need to know my location when Im not using the app? Deleting this app!

Goodbye Uber

Wont be using Uber anymore, Im switching to Lyft. They have started charging for tolls and I was not aware. I wasnt even given the option to avoid the tolls otherwise I would have. My driver ignored my suggestions for a faster route (I knew where I was going). Disappointed with the service

Cant add payment card!!!!

Annoying that I enter new payment info and the save button is not working. Glitchy. Annoying.

Uber drivers will tell you to cancel if they dont like the trip.
