Fastest, cheapest, better way to move in town

Pretty good app. Cheap and easy to work with. The only issue is that in Egypt most of the drivers dont speak Arabic.

Uber is great and this new app is simply amazing. Team at Uber made a fantastic job. Its so easy to use and so smooth experience. Everything is clear. Uber is great, its a pity that in certain countries banned this service and you have to handle wth rude taxi drivers, e.g. Airports

The app itself is good, but I just HATE that 8 times out of 10 the driver stops somewhere three blocks away from pick up destination! How can this happen if I set the address correctly?!! Its just frustrating when you have luggage or need to go somewhere quickly!

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon above to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

Add more cities bc I live in Fairbanks Alaska and there is no option for me to drive people...

Been having a whole bunch of problems with Uber. Receipt price different from upfront price and having to email them overall several times for refunds. Also, dealing with duplicate charges on my account. I Wasnt going to write a review but this has happened to me too many times. Sorry not sorry

Zero Transparency as to why the uber drivers leave bad ratings for the passengers. Beware of this corrupt company. Charge you a cancellation fee because of their computer glitch.

My ride to the same city Im in is sometimes 299-550. You guys just went from 8.88 <9.91<10.38<11.75<12.44 R U SERIOUS GET YOUR SHH together

I had been a longterm Lyft user because I like being able to tip my drivers, but reinstalled uber on account of the new changes to the Amex Platinum. Im not sure its worth it if I am going to be tracked at all times.

Worse experience than lyft. Lyft generally a more pleasant experience. Every time you use the uber app, the uber CEO sacrifices a female human child to Cthulhu.

Very bad

It takes your money, does unauthorized charges to your account.

Lately every time I try to call a car it says there is an error. Ill close the app but it will call a car anyways. Caused me to get a cancellation charge recently after taking a cab. I couldnt find a way to report an issue through the app or the mobile site

Terrible customer support

Have had some terrible Uber driver experiences, overpriced surges...Will use Lyft or a real Cab before Uber
