How to specify my address? The address where am I now, not the destination one? How then to call taxi without typing the destination address? Please return the old version, this version is awful!

The latest app is a desaster for all Uber users in China. Google maps is not available in China. I used Uber every day, now change to taxi.

Since the new update I cant tell where I want to be picked up without problems! And if theres a mistake, I have to pay for it!

Google maps only work with VPN, App no adjustments possible, app cannot be used. Reinstalled but ongoing not working. Help!!

Since the new updates its not working anymore in China (Shenyang) before it was perfect. Thanks for the new pin-tag its very helpful when you cab not tipe Chinese characters. Give the network back and all costumers in China are happy

The new app is so prettyyyy I usually dont leave reviews but had to leave for this one. App looks great and very easy to use! I just dont like the new app icon. Looks way too bland, the last one was so much better

Uber service is excellent. The new format of upfront pricing before booking the trip does not give full details of the surcharge being included. Therefore riders are not able to make an informed decision before booking. The older format was more transparent. Upfront pricing should be stopped.

Always lags and wont load my location

I updated my app to this new version which has a big and doesnt let you add new or remove your old credit card info.. water so much money in getting cabs and time standing in cold weather trying to update my credit card info.. shouldnt have updated. And now I cant even revert back

Why did you have to go and break something so easy. Cant see surge fare. Cant change pick up location. Why do I even bother.

Never had an issue using the app. No crashes or any complications while using (plus the latest update is a lot better). Never going back to Taxis again

This new update is godawful. The GPS is completely off, and the UI is counter intuitive.

I hate this update. Somehow you made the tracking worse and I hate all the verbs you added to the rating.
