App claims that that business will get a vat invoice for its services, but denies doing it for uber pop. Its an organized scam to fraud vat.

Briliant idea and beautiful app

Ive spent the last 30 minutes trying to log in, but i can not. Ive logged in on my browser but i cant on my app. First it said "wrong password" (yeah, i just logged in on my browser but this password is wrong, right) then "internet problems".

Used it in Lodz, Poland. Drivers took ages to respond, first driver did not even move for severally minutes, second took an unexpectedly long road. In the end I missed my train, which was already paid for, had to pay cancellation fees for one ride and overall paid more than using regular taxi services for the second. Not recommended.

I cant register my account. All the time problems with connection or payment method. I was tried on three diferent credit cards and nothing. So reccomendation is poor ;-)

Such a stupid update. The app is useless now and it takes way more time than before to get a ride. Time to delete it and switch to sonething else.

Updated the app and now I cant use Uber

The app doesnt work in China anymore which is big problem for all foreigners in here. Uber was the best way to transport in here, now we have lots of problems to get anywhere. Please do something with this problem and fix Uber in China. !!!!!!

Now that Uber forces to use Google maps is basically useless here in China! What happened!!???

I use this app in China and now you put Google maps as base (that as you know its blocked..) The menu is empty and theres a huge shift from map to addresses with pin. Compliments: you just lose chinese market

I like the redesign of the app, it looks fresh and clean, and now differentiated from other ride competitors by its design which is nice. There are several interaction design flaws - for example, Id expect to be able to click on the tutorial that says "you can now set your home and work addresses" and it would actually take me to where I can set those addresses. The icons look so clickable it just doesnt make sense. Also, its buggy. The Family page wont even load, just a blank screen. Will be better once the bugs are fixed.
