Keeps crashing. Looks nice, but thats it.

More expensive and no uberpool anymore. Wtf. Not to mention the app is so much more difficult to use/navigate now. Please revert

Worst update ever. More complicated and longer to use

It doesnt show how many minutes I have to wait for Uber from my picking location anymore! This was really cool feature. Why did you remove? The new UI is more difficult to use and not intuitive at all. Please bring the old UI back and go back to the drawing board. This thing is horrible and you definitely dropped the ball.

Ever since I updated the app its the Uber Pool is not showing up , this app is horrible , old one was much better to navigate

Its very slow :( And I dont want to choose destination because i go to multiple places

Somehow alipay is not supported after this update and I cant add a Visa card or link my PayPal account. This app becomes useless now, going to delete it

I thought with this new app they might smartened up and add a tipping feature for the rider to tip the driver. Lyft does that in the US and I wish Lyft was here in Canada and I would switch to them in a heartbeat for that reason alone.

Pretty disappointed with this update. Not intuitive. Hides the surge which is just sad to not inform the user. Ill be using the service a lot less now.

Tell me the surge multiplier!

Uberpool is not showing even after I restart the app. I have to use the UberX instead because I badly need it. Good work on the update.

I took a ride and previewed the fare and it was $14. I waited for a friend to finish a drink before calling for an Uber. 2 minutes goes by and I book the Uber. It did not show that it was Surge Pricing like it did before. So I ended up booking a ride that was 3 times more expensive BY ACCIDENT ! The new UI is a bit clumsy feeling and the fact they have really hidden the fact its surge pricing is really sneaky and just plain not cool.

App is now useless for me

What happened to uberpool ?! No longer an option . Still having issues with gps tracking

Bad app and all the good reviews are sponsored to give codes or promote the app. This is really low!

Keeps randomly asking to verify my payment info over and over again. Will not work.

Had I known what I know now from this new update, I would not have updated it at all. Please revert back to the old version.

The new update is terrible. Now you cant pin your pick-up/destination at all! I never know the street number to enter my pickup or drop off.

New UI update is amazing. I love how easy it is to navigate the application, split fares with friends and change destinations on the fly. Seriously impressed with the changes made. Keep up the great work.
