Does not allow input of credit card number. Not user friendly in this regard. FAQ have you going in circles and no human help available, think Ill take a cab.

New app is pretty laggy. Doesnt need to look sophisticated, it just has to work. Simplify, dont complicate. And the prices went up. Why? Your competition plan was to be cheaper than cabs. Now youre on equal grounds.

I love Uber. I started using it while travelling in the USA, but now use it often instead of purchasing a second car. The new app is simple and feels great to use. I like seeing the cost up front. I like that it tells you where to wait (eg. In front of Sears Department Store, when at the mall).

Just tell me WTH is going on? I use it every day and it just suddenly stopped, saying that "we cant reach our network right now. Please check your connection" at the top of the screen in a red box. It has been like that for 4 days.

Twice this past weekend when using the app it glitched and messed up my location thinking I was a few streets away from where I actually was. Never had this problem before! Also why doesnt it say surge multiplier anymore? May as well take a taxi...

Terrible update. The app doesnt work at all. No test appears in the toolbars. Cant connect to network and why is the map using google maps when that doesnt work in China???

These recent updates are terrible bring back the old uber app. How can you not show surge and give me pre fixed prices that take the 407 a toll route and charge me automatically for it without me even wanting to use it if I put a certain destination where that is the quickest way. Take away the pre fixed amount and bring back the old uber where the price etc depends on route and time. Terrible app and youve raised the rates significantly dont see much point in using it much now when I used to use it all the time

Why did you removed the feature letting me know how long should I wait for my ride? It was so useful.

Most horrible update I have ever seen. I am using uber daily more than twice from almost 1 year. But this time Im very disappointed from new update of app. Im trying to login but they said this account is associated with another. Im trying to connect help service. I leave so many message. No one is responding. Im going back to taxi...

The GPS on the latest update doesnt work. Its garbage. Location your position is very difficult. The drivers call and say they have arrived when they havent.

The new app is totally disaster for user. It cant login at all and just keep showing "unknown error" no matter how you try

New update doesnt work on my phone. Can push in destination and what type of uber I want but it wont connect to the ride. Have to take taxis instead! Booo

This latest version doesnt work in China. Wait future update as Didi said they would try their best to fix this problem in the future. (So, now you understand why Didi bought Uber..)

Ive been using Uber for quite a while to suddenly discovered my account is blocked. There was no issue on my side as confirmed by customer service. Yet, the issue was not resolve. This is disappointing considering it made me opt for other transportation when in rush.
