My sister loves uber its really reliable for her sadly they dont take mastercards for myself and I dont believe in giving the bank my money, Ive had an very bad experience so I have to use Lyft which is really way more expensive Please update to accept mastercards please

How do I set my pin?

Good luck learning how to use the new app. I no longer know how to set my pickup pin. Its gone completely!

New app is terrible. My husband and I used to be able to access one account with our individual phones. Cant anymore, have to set up a family account that still doesnt work. And this pin nonsense, such a waste of time. Hey Uber, if I aint broke dont fix it

Laggy garbage

New app is slow and less functional (pointless map rotation, sometimes charges you sometimes does)

Updated my uber app as requested thru the apple site and now the uber app doesnt work! Very poor!

New update 11/8/16

Terrible terrible not easy to use, cant change destination, and no option to opt out of "uber near you crap" what if you cant walk a block and you rather wait?!

Update is terrible

I have had a problem with adding names under Family Profile since this update came out. Contacted Uber Help and so far they agree there is a problem but have not been able to offer a solution to the problem.

Unnecessary update

If it aint broken dont fix it, as the saying goes. The new app is cumbersome to use. I dont always like putting the address before fetching the ride. Sometimes Im not going very far and prefer to just give instructions to the driver verbally. Sometimes I dont know the address but know ho to get there. Anyway, I dont like the new update.

Classic case of if it aint broke....

Previous Uber app was reliable and user friendly. New version is busy, needlessly complex and, most importantly, inaccurate. Every time I enter a specific pick-up address by name, the driver is instead routed to an approximate address nearby which is a complete pain, especially when traveling in foreign cities where the alternate, nearby address may not be obvious. Am going to stick with Lyft until the issue is resolved (and Ive been a dedicated Uber user since launch but having had my a number of issues connecting with drivers that I never had before, the issue is a clear one with the new app).

Where is the license plate ~ App did not show 3x surge in effect

We cant figure out where the license plate is. After an event this effectively makes finding your car impossible.

After update.....

Why it is not showing surcharge increments? After update it is showing only total amount and this is not good for regions with a lot of peak. Please, bring this information back!

Terrible - New version just as bad

Just stopped working. Everything looks ok but booking fails with an obscure "invalid argument" error message. No way to contact them to fix app. Take a cab! Impossible to book, getting now an error message about payment method having expired even though expiry date is years away. Just lousy. Went from essential to zero overnight! TAKE A CAB!!!!!!!

Cant see anything

Cant see where the closest rides are, and doesnt tell me the wait time anymore. What am I supposed to do when I need to be somewhere at a specific time and dont know when I should call an uber.

New app needs an immediate redesign

This app seems like to be designed by a bunch of people who care about unnecessary techs aesthetics and have totally forgotten about its users. All the beautiful graphics have hindered communications with the users. I was not able to tell if which address I was going to and lead to cancel my ride when my driver showed up at the wrong end of my trip. Please fix, uber, u can do better!

New update kills the service

App experience has declined severely after the update. Drivers are confused by the pick up points and surge pricing on the customer side is more difficult to identify.
