I feel like uber is great. I feel it can be better if uber gives frequent uber users special offers and promotions. Sending a code can only get you so far.

I wish I could give this -5 stars... Last year I tried using my card it keep saying card invalid. They blocked my account then send me an email saying problem fixed. When I try using it for the first time again its saying the same thing. #GTFOH

I Love it! Fast…Easy…&…Cheap!!!

Drivers try to distract you to take wrong turns and drive up the price. They also cancel often at the last minute. Wait for Chariot if you are a woman or try Lyft. I was loyal to Uber since its inception, but its different now, and they dont want to hear from their customers. Ride at your own risk.

This service is great but I have had some difficulties with drivers taking the wrong route, or making mistakes while driving me from point A to B costing me more money. Waiting time isnt the best and when service is in demand the price sky rockets, I love the ease of the app though and how comfortable the drivers make you feel.

Numerous times over the last few weeks, when I request an uber, initially it will say they are (for example) 5 minutes away. But a few minutes later when I refresh the app it STILL says they are 5 minutes away. I understand traffic and all that is a factor, but they should really be making people clearly aware of how long it will take for the ride to arrive

Overall good experience with uber - within the U.S. But also in Europe. One thing that needs improvement is ten fees they charge - the driver canceled when he was almost there putting me in a tough situation to find another ride and being late and I was charged the fee! It was refunded but as a favor to me with a scolding type email not to do it again. Are you serious? Or, now their time after they charge was moved to 2 minutes, that is also not right because the ETA is always wrong - if I have a choice between a taxi, uber or left ot another and I go with uber because of a 5 minute ETA, then after 6 minutes of waiting the ETA changes to 10 minutes because the driver decides to take another route - I have no choice but to find another way. I know they try to keep people from abusing it but they have to improve their app to charge when it truly the rider cancels for no reason. Also, the map needs improvements for directions - I am always picked up and dropped off on the wrong side of the street - its a busy 6 lane street and for me to cross and meet the uber requires going some walking, a red light and some more walking - sometimes that is hard to do when I have heavy bags, suitcases or bad weather.

Very practical app, and straight forward. I like how easy it is to rate our drivers. The only downside is the app sometimes takes forever to open when I first start it up. But that could be because of my phone rather than the app itself.

If you guys can fix issues with the maps in the Bay Area would be great. On big boulevards the app point on the other side of the street! Not cool for your drivers and for customers who either have to cross unsafe or the driver whos 3-4 minutes late because the app choose wrong address :(

Long time user of Uber but recent changes have killed my interest in continuing its use. I accidentally requested a ride share and immediately pushed x to cancel. It would not cancel - software glitch and I tried at least 20 times. After two minutes of the app timing out I received a notice my driver was on the way. It then canceled and Uber charged me a $5 fee - even though it had been less then a few minutes and their app problem. Further, the ride share is a pain. Once you call for a driver you are stuck. Even if its been ten minutes and the driver is going the complete opposite direction. You have to wait for their convenience or pay for a faster driver. And lastly, I have had several drivers fail to pick me up after waiting for upwards of ten minutes. They seemingly decide against the ride - I simply receive a notice saying the driver has canceled the trip. Why do I as the user pay a fee for canceling but are not reimbursed for my time when a driver does the same?

I love Uber in South Florida. I rely on it heavily for work and the drivers are super friendly. Very safe drivers and will get you to your destination on time. I cannot be without my Uber!

I will give a 5 star rating the second after a tip option is added!!!
