First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon "UberCB20" to get $20 off your first ride! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the promotions tab on the app and enter the coupon there. Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. Even if you want to get a black car on the occasional night out, it’s still cheaper and more convenient than hiring your own private driver. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!

Be careful uber will use your information to call about local government.

Awesome way better than a taxi... On my way home late from work the uber took me to Burger King and then to my destination .. Still not over 7 bucks!

Scam artists...always adjusting the amount total on driver trips without any notification or reason. Plus they dont respond when you need them only when its convenient for them theyll respond in 1 second. Theyll deactive you for being on top of this and constantly emailing them to change it back. They should be in jail really... Plus they charge the driver $1.65 for every pool passenger you pick up and they MAKE you take the pool requests or they deactive you. Thats not supposed to be charged to the driver at all. If I could give them a -10 I would such money hungry disgusting people.

Very user-friendly and convenient

The most recent versions have lost some points for me. They have tried to make this "business user friendly", and have completely failed. You can now load in multiple cards, and at the same time you can have a personal and business persona. But you cant link both your profile and your card. So when I want to switch personas, you need to select both. To make matters worse, if I make a mistake and have to start again, I need to check both. Very poor usability. Feels to me like two different engineers wrote this code and didnt bother to communicate. Love the service, but the usability of the app has taken a backseat.

Uber sent me a promotion via an annoying push notification saying that my next five rides are 50% off. Of course, the next ride I took was at full price. Even though the app repeats the offer, it isnt valid until you enter some mysterious code thats not at all obvious. Very sleazy. Im done with these jerks.

Any app that begs for a review gets nothing more than 1 star- Why? Because if they have to beg, then are they really worth talking about?

Uber is great and cheap but honestly hate when my driver cancels on me and they still charge you $5 but you can get credited to your account if that does happen I do find that some of the drivers will call you and I guess if they dont like you they will cancel the trip which has happen to me a few times

The new Uber logo is horrendous. What were the marketing department thinking? Bring the old one back.

it is really bad, I can sign in and it always told me network error, however my internet is normal.

The app is pretty comprehensive. A nice enhancement would be adding the car color to the driver profile. Would make it easier to identify the car in a sea of arrivals at an airport.

When I try to log in, it says server error. Please fix it or I will have to use a different service.
