After this latest update I got a notification that my car was on its way. After canceling 6 more cars over the next couple hours, without the app even being open mind you, I had to disable my account.

Ive been using Uber for quite some time now. I would recommend getting a cab since the drivers usually arent local, dont know there way around town, and most importantly Uber has the worst GPS. That means that your driver is going to take the longest route and your going to get charged the highest amount. The service was great when they first started but now its just crap. Get a taxi driver who knows the streets well and youll be better off. I would recommend something like flywheel instead.

I request ÜBER service for first time at LAX area , had to wait for more than 30minutes and nothing it was like 11 ÜBER drivers in the area and none of them came by. Estimated time kept changing all the time 4min,7min and at the end nothing . It was a very cold and my childrens were cold I even requests the ÜBER service for more than 2 passengers. My cell battery run low .At the end had to take a local bus . Really disappointed rating -0

Look, mostly I love this service. Ive talked to Uber drivers and to taxi drivers and it seems like a valid option. The thing I love most is you dont have to come up with ready cash, it goes through the app EXCEPT for the tip. Yes, you say no tip is required but its still a possibility/hope for drivers and its not included in the fee. I am never NOT going tip, I wouldnt feel comfortable not tipping, and if it helps drivers make a minimum wage Im fine with it. So dont negate the convenience of the app by making me have to make sure I have a cash tip. Do it for the customer. We wont hate you. Promise.

The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. Even if you want to get a black car on the occasional night out, it’s still cheaper and more convenient than hiring your own private driver. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!

All is easy to use and informational

So I literally just tried uber for the first time. At first I was super nervous but it all turned out great I got to where I had to go and my uber driver made pleasant conversation. And it was a lot cheaper than a regular cab. You can also see when theyre coming which is really nice so you know what time theyll get their. By the way try my promo code! "rosam212ue"! I love the app very user friendly.. Only enhancement I wish was added the feature to post a pic of my exact location so the driver can easily identify me.

Honestly I love this app. Way better than taxis. Cheaper, more options, they usually have an aux cord, theyre chill drivers, safe, and no more credit card fees! Uber lets you use your debit or credit card from your phone so theres no fee. Plus, you know exactly how long until the car comes. You can give it a free try with the code christians670. Ive also tried Lyft and it was cool but I like the availability of Uber better.

I had to wait 12 minutes for my ride to finish another trip; then come to me. They should let you know an expected wait time before confirming the ride. Better yet if the driver isnt on the way allow to cancel without charge.

Ive ALWAYS had a vehicle, after a divorce and starting over from scratch my "point a to point b" car finally died. Uber was a lifesaver. Great app, always improving and the drivers are always friendly.

I waited for my uber for 30 minutes, calling the driver over and over with no answer. When the driver finally decided to cancel the trip Uber charged ME $10! Heres the best part, even when you go to their help center on the app and tell them youve been charged for that, they only give you the money back into your Uber account, not your card. I dont want money in the account! I never want to use Uber again, why would I want a little credit and have to pay them the rest?! Even better, there is no phone number for customer service and their emails or pre-made responses.

I have been trying to use the uber app for weeks and I even tried to log in online and I keep getting the network error message. This is ridiculously aggravating! Please fix immediately.
