Dear Uber team. The new app release experience is really frustrating. It is almost impossible the set up your current location and the default is almost always incorrect. All the fancy changes are meaningless if it takes you 5 minutes to just call an Uber.

Love this app easy to use , just dislike the new update .

Drivers think they can just ride around & not pick you up without canceling. They expect you to cancel for they want lose out of any money. They think were stupid & then lets talk about the unstable cars. So youre allowed to pick up clients & broke down 1996 now? Cars look like they might give out any minute & smell like cat litter. Im done with uber I will be going to Lyft now.

I use it all the time but this time its an issue !! I never had to leave a bad review DRIVERS say there 14 min away !! Connection issue with driver and rider is bad

I try not to drink and drive but there is never a uber where I live. I have taken a uber 2 times when I could have used then countless times... All because they are never in my range. Im in a Community that is almost 100,000 people. Figure it out and Ill give a better review....

The first few times I used Uber it was great. The last few times has been AWFUL. The estimated time is at least double what the app says. And thats IF the driver doesnt cancel the trip before he picks you up.

In all the years I have been using iPhone apps, I have NEVER left a review l. But UBER and the app it uses are so good I have to give it as many stars as I can. I LOVE out!!!

Im all about the environment but I personally dont like the pooling option. at first I didnt know how to switch it back to a normal ride so I had the anxiety of my uber driver picking someone else up, but regardless I dont like the idea of getting into a car with not just one stranger(the uber driver) but 2.

Dont be fooled. Uber seemed like a great thing- really got me and my boyfriend hooked on the idea of a fair-priced, tech-friendly ride home...then on New Years they sent out tons of warnings about "surge pricing." Ok, fair enough. What they didnt warn about was how EVERY F**KING ride after that would be more than 3X the actual price, forever. On Wednesday night- surge pricing. On Sunday afternoon- surge pricing. Monday morning- surge pricing. Im so done. Good luck keeping your business afloat when ANY OTHER COMPANY can come through with a better price than this. Use at your own peril. Taxi!!

Uber updates their app constantly. Like every few days. Its ridiculous. If you have automatically update turned on for Uber in your settings, you could find yourself standing on a street corner unable to open the app until it wastes vast cell minutes on another one of its endless updates. I have had good luck with Uber, the service. The drivers have been great and one pretty much saved me when I got lost.

On vacation in Vegas and am a senior. Put Uber app on phone and have used it 4 times already. Cost mush less than taxis we used to take here and drivers friendly and awesome. Uber will soon be the #1 choice for transportation. It is also quick- no waiting and you can see where driver is. I am SOLD. Load the app now.
