I have used Uber daily for the last two weeks and it has been phenomenal!!! Never waited more then 4 minutes, app showed me where they were, and my drivers have been exceptional! Couldnt be happier with my service. Roxanne

Like the app. To many updates

Uber makes finding a ride easy! Few taps and you are off to the races.

Bad service and total ripoff using lyft instead , good bye Uber

This app now wants to always track my location. In addition, this app is almost 200 MB and has too many updates.

Horrible help

In metro Orlando the app chose a longer and more expensive route on toll road with no way to chose alternate route. This happened 3 times in 2 days. I had driver take my shorter preferred route but fare did not change. I paid $20 extra for those 3 rides. Maybe answer is to give a shorter destination to make fare lower. I may just rent a car from Hertz in the future.

Didnt get the ride then had the nerve to charge me and say I canceled no they just took my money and cant talk to no one to get it back stay away and get a class action lawsuit for fraud of customers.

There is no excuse as to why Uber has to always use gps especially when you are not using it. Other apps allow you to set gps permission only when you are using the app. So, please allow us to do the same. Let us decide if we want to have gps work when we are using it.

I have been using Uber for 2 years and its really convenient. The availability is great and the drivers are polite. I have used it in many different cities and its been great. Thank you for this platform.

And no, "5 minutes after" is not a solution.

Promotes no tipping to drivers while increasing their share from the fee. Go Lyft!

what privacy?

We update the app as often as possible to remove all of its negative reviews and fool more people into getting and using uber. Check back next week to see the latest way that we exploit our drivers, incentivizing them to work long hours without developing any new skills or educating themselves, all the while using the profits we make off of our drivers hard work to steal self-driving car secrets from google so that we can deploy a fleet of self-driving cars in 10 years (or less), thereby rendering our drivers, who have spent 10 driving driving and making loads of money for us, totally redundant to the workforce and thus unemployed (and unemployable). Oh, also we track your location when not using the app, and we dont let you tip your driver without cash. Love gender discrimination? Rate us! Uber went from 5 stars to 1 star. I use it literally everyday but due to the new changes to the app I will start using Lyft instead. I dont care if it costs more. The app now is a HUGE download of 200+mb and thats because the app is now a privacy killer. It requires you to have your location on at ALL times. Lyft is only 27mb, Uber is most likely that big because its most likely tracking everything you do on your phone. Lastly all these reviews talk about bad customer service, usually theyre fast and work with me to find solutions when I have issues. No problem there.

My requests constantly fail to connect to the point I give up and use Lyft.

Please fix the glitchy app. Ive kept getting an error message ("request failed") when ordering an Uber for the last 3-4 months. When I restart the app, it finally shows that the Uber driver is on his way. Also, please fix the in-app communications with Ubers Its impossible to find anything.

Never got any issue. Its really great app.
