What kind of update notes are those? I aint updating until I know what is in the update..... and from the look of other reviews it aint something that I want or even remotely useful.

Turning off location services causes the App to not work properly. You have to manually enter addresses. Uber needs to offer an option for tracking only when using the App.

I have been charged numerous times for trips and things that I have never taken. There is no phone number to contact customer support and the customer support service takes way too long to respond via email. I would choose Lyft before choosing this company.

Takes forever to get a ride confirmed. App doesnt update to let you know your driver is close

So great when first started, junk service anymore. The drivers have no clue and take forever. I quit uber for a few months to go lyft. I used them today because lyft is more expensive. I see why they are more expensive, they actually give you the expected service. Im going Lyft from now and I wont be coming back ?

Your app is requiring to many updates, this is really annoying, i am about to remove it because of this

I originally deleted the app without deleting my account and kept getting texts and emails about becoming a driver. I reinstalled the app so I could delete my account but I get a "something went wrong" error every time I try. I also get a server error every time I try to log in from a desktop. Really, Uber?

Never had a bad experience! Always available & easy to track. Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, Uber is the way to go!

Location is always on! Make it so its "while you are using the app only" or youll get a one star rating forever from me! Stop stalking me!!!! Update: Ok, Im sick of this app updating all of the time just to clear bad reviews. I would give you zero stars for that if I could! Apple needs to look into your app and see if you are actually updating/fixing anything because I dont see any changes after I update!

So many time that they get lose in Bangkok. Not knowing how to get to a BTS station is not acceptable. Over priced compare to Grab Taxi or regular taxi.

--UBER doesnt disclose pricing anymore. Cant tell surge, per mile price. Hiding costs. Illegal. You are the only game in town that has the most business. Lyft is there but not close. Your LA Rates can be liveable and you make more money. People have no real choice they will use Uber even at normal rates. I

You arent able to use the Uber app unless you give then access to your location at all times. If you only give it permission to use your location while the app is in use in Settings, it will not use that permission and require you to give it access at all times. I dont understand why this is, but this seems like an incredibly poor design. I will be using a competitor until Uber allows you to choose to give it access only while you use the app, since I wont give it permission to use at all times since I use services like this (Uber, Lyft, or Taxi) a few times a year. I hope Uber is listening.

What can I say I like using this service it would be better right if it was for free... lol anyways I havent had a bad experience yet really... but overall Im really pleased with form of transportation.

I used to be able to use my contact addresses whenever I call a Uber but now I cant, thats seems like you guys are going backwards. Im using an iPhone 7 on iOS 10.3.2

They changed the way they track your location to "Always". There is no longer a way to select "while using the app" in privacy >> location services. You can turn off your location but then you need to enter the starting address each time. Other than that, the app has been made even easier to use. Better layout.

In the past, you could choice any destination and move it, but now you have to put the exact address and its not possible to move the marker, this is annoying because sometimes you go near the address.

Doesnt run or work on any iPad

Why is the app 270mb? Remove the junk and use app slicing already. Bring back proper surge pricing notification, it has become very difficult to distinguish surge prices.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Uber wants to track me all the time? No way!
