I waited 40 minutes for a ride to my destination because UBER was not working. On my return trip system frozen for 1hr and a half. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I WILL SWITHC TO LYFT.

When you search for a pool they tell you youre going to arrive 5-10mins later than an Uber x at earliest , while in reality this is false you will obviously arrive earlier than that because best case you wont get another person. They use this to get you to choose Uber x

First of all, if you haven’t taken a ride yet make sure you use the coupon “arezooa" to get $20 off your first ride!! Enter it right before you request a ride. Go to the Payment tab in the app and enter the coupon under promotions. Might as well try it out since it wont cost you a thing! The app is simple, easy to use and intuitive by design, giving you important info like the driver’s face, phone number, and car make and model. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. A car comes to your door within minutes of pressing a button! The drivers are real people, they are very polite and their cars are clean! Some even come with complimentary water, gum and candy!!! Even if you want to charge your phone, a lot of drivers have phone chargers at your ready!!! UberX is definitely cheaper than your average cab. After all this, I don’t see why you would ever use a yellow cab again. The customer support is also fantastic. I got overcharged on one of my trips and I didn’t have to say anything more than a comment on my driver feedback to get a full refund. I’m very happy and I hope Uber continues to exceed my expectations in not only the app but customer service!! I also prefer Uber much more than other competitors, mainly because they have so much more supply and cars are always just a few minutes away!!!

It would take 10 seconds of research to see Uber is a socioeconomic cancer. Their CEO is reprehensible and the company exhibits all the qualities of a disgusting enterprise that would happily break laws, screw both customers and employees, and just be all around evil to make money. You have a choice with ride services like this. Please do not choose Uber unless youre cool with sexual harassment and a company with a causal relationship with the law using your location data for whatever it pleases.

Even though it is showing only 2 minutes before requesting a ride, it is showing 24 minutes when connected.. This is happening all the time.. Very bad

When I order an Uber I dont feel it is appropriate to connect us to a driver who is still completing a trip. That makes the minutes a false time.

So you have problems at the top and it really does trickle down even to us loyal customers. App issues and price hikes that I couldve stay using my local taxi or competitors instead. When you do that guess what happens... You just made The List of Jericho!!!

Being a college student with no car, Uber is a valuable transportation resource. Lately, their drivers have been very unprofessional. They accept my ride but drive the opposite direction and then ignore all my calls. Ive complained to uber and their response is basically "you havent been charged so its okay", but it isnt always about the charge. It is very inconsiderate of my time to have to cancel, or be canceled on, and request another ride. They need to step their game up and do better training for their drivers.

Same as it happened to other people here that the cab driver never makes it cancels saying he waited and get charged a 5$ fee. Imma stick to lyft and juno f*ck uber

I very much dislike that in order to use this app, you are immediately prompted to allow location services, and you can only choose between "always" and "never". I do not feel comfortable having Uber ALWAYS track my movement, so I turn it on when I need to use the app and then I have to go back and turn it off afterwards. This is a nuisance and an invasion of privacy to expect all users to allow you to follow their movement at all times. Why cant you have a setting for "only while using app"? Using Lyft until you change this feature.

New app keeps moving the pin away from where the passenger places it. Second night in a row its taken us to some neighborhood adjacent to our hotel. If google maps can give reliable directions for free, so can you.

Uber is terrible, they delete the bad reviews once a week. Check your review in about a week, only you will be able to see your review no one else. I find Ubers business practices to be sneaky and despicable. Im not going to recommend this app from Uber. The Uber app pulls the resale value out of your car to Pay YOU. Uber needs to compensate and pay the drives real money, so they can fix and maintain there cars. Uber doesnt pay much to the drivers at all (Uber keeps about 60% of what the rider pay UBER). Once you consider your fuel cost, extremely high cost of ride-share car insurance, car maintenance and the terrible wear and tear on the car itself plus significant lose of value of your car at resale, especially because of the super high miles on your vehicle. The Uber app is a very bad deal for the drive. However the riders are getting a great deal on your dime and time. Sorry for the bad new.

If theres a problem - youre stuck!!! Ride Request Failed - Because my payment method is not accepted at this time... It worked last time - and I changed the payment method, as the robot requested, multiple times. Sometimes it works - and theres no one to call for help.

first off, HERE IS A FREE Uber ride (up to $20) CODE : lissettes422ue WHAT I LIKED ? : • you get to see who my driver is and their star ratings • you can see where my drivers vehicle is heading on their way to pick me up • you get to call/text your driver • you get a message saying how long it should take your driver to pick you up • I did add a payment method but wasnt charged anything because of a promo code I was using WHAT I DISLIKED ? : • you must add a payment method even though you have a promo code • you dont get to see who your driver is until theyre on their way but you can always cancel & find another driver • the price sometimes go up and up and up but sometimes it does lower down so take advantage of a good price lol

While this app has continuously degraded in quality, Lyft has done the opposite. Want to track my location 24/7? Yea, no thanks. I cant move my pin to my location? Well, that wouldnt be a huge problem if 99% of the time it drops the pin in the wrong location. Everything uber is doing poorly, Lyft is doing correctly. After using this app religiously for years, Ive deleted it and switched to Lyft. This app/company is terrible. Good riddance.

The new update has ruined the entirety of uber. Its nearly impossible to be picked up and dropped off in crowded places. Before the driver had a better idea from the pin drop. I truly do not recommend uber the prices are too high and user interface isnt worth it. That being said I dont think Lyft is any better

Uber is great. The app is hard to maneuver for an amateur but the service is great.
